Introduction
Ms. Neihunuo Sorhie was born in 1963 and belongs to the Angami community living in the Kohima district. She has learned the art of weaving from her mother at the age of four, and by the age of six she has mastered the art of weaving which is a great achievement for her. Sorhie lives with her family in Kohima. She has mentored and trained over 300 young Naga women in the art form. Ms. Neihunuo Sorhie is a dynamic leader and advocate, known for her unwavering commitment to driving positive change and empowering communities.
